Use your eyes to reach a meditative state.
You can use your eyes to help you achieve a meditation state. Two ways to aid transition to the Alpha state of mind:
Silva Ultramind Method technique:
With your eyes closed, look out at 20 degrees above the line of horizon.
Hypnotherapy technique:
Look up as high as you can and keep looking up and as your eye lids flutter, gently close your eyes.
