Contemplation is crucial for our mental health. Most people don't get peaceful contemplation time. That is why meditation, walking in nature, and self-care is so important. It gives you time away from your phone and distractions and obligations to take time to reflect on yourself and your life. Contemplation allows you to proactively create your life rather than constantly reacting to it.
